Many types of executive agreements include ordinary daily water from diplomatic mills. These include slight territorial adaptations, border remediation, border surveillance, regulation of fishing rights, private money rights against another government or its nationals, in the words of Story „the only rights deprived of sovereignty“. 467 Crandall lists a large number of such agreements concluded with other governments with the approval of the President468 These agreements generally concerned specific and relatively trivial disputes, and the settlement which they have as their effect ipso facto loses their effects. There are also diplomatic means as venerable as the „protocol“, which marks a phase of negotiation of a contract, and the modus vivendi, which must serve as a temporary substitute for you. This contrasts with a presidential system in a democracy where the head of state is often also head of government and, above all, the executive does not contribute to its democratic legitimacy from the legislative power. The parliamentary system may be contrasted with a presidential system that operates under a stricter separation of powers, with the executive not being part of or appointed by the parliamentary or legislative body. In such a system, congresses do not elect or dismiss a head of government and governments cannot request early dissolution, as may be the case for parliaments. Given that legislative power over the executive is higher in a parliamentary system, a remarkable number of studies by political scientists have shown that parliamentary systems have a lower level of corruption than presidential systems of government. Other usual representations appear on coins, postage and other stamps and notes, sometimes no more than a mention or signature; and public places, streets, monuments and institutions such as schools are named after current or past heads of State. In monarchies (for example. B Belgium), there may even be a practice of adjective „royal“ on request based on existence for a number of years. However, such political techniques can also be used by leaders without the formal rank of head of state, even by party leaders and other revolutionary leaders without a formal state mandate.
